Three Roles. One Goal.

ThreeOne Productions brings together post-production expertise, production capability, and community-driven events — grounded in our te ao Māori world view.

We’re Janice and Rāhera Herewini-Mulligan. Our careers began in television editing in the New Zealand screen industry and grew into directing, writing, producing, filming, and event management. After 18 years freelancing, we founded ThreeOne Productions in 2017 to bring that experience together in one place.

We deliver broadcast and digital content — offline and online editing, colour grading, social media content, and custom graphics — using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite. Projects range from small digital pieces to full broadcast delivery. (Earlier credits were under Mokomoko Media Limited.)

Alongside post-production, we develop and produce projects from concept to completion, focused on meaningful audience connection.

Community is central to our work. Rāhera has supported Kapa Haka in Tāmaki Makaurau since 2005, is a member of Tāmaki Makaurau Senior Kapa Haka, and serves on the boards of DEGANZ (Directors & Editors Guild Aotearoa New Zealand) and Ngā Aho Whakaari.

We take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure focus and quality. If timing or direction isn’t the right fit, we’ll recommend someone better aligned with your needs and vision.
